True Holidays Safaris is a family-owned Tanzanian safari company established in 2021. We are committed to exceptional guest care, fair partnership with local communities, and clear terms that protect both our travellers and the teams who make every journey possible.Cancellation Policy
Our booking cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring fair terms for both our guests and partners.- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the safari start date will receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee.
- For cancellations between 15 and 30 days before the start date, a 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the safari will not be eligible for a refund.
